Eight years ago, Tan embarked on a journey he thought would be just an ordinary adventure. But that journey became a turning point that changed his life forever. When he set out, Tan carried with him a heavy heart, uncertain about himself and the road ahead. At first, he was captivated by the tranquil atmosphere, the mysterious Buddhist artifacts, and the beauty of life and landscapes there. But the longer he stayed, the more he interacted with and understood the land, the more he seemed to discover a deep part of himself.

When the trip ended and he returned to his everyday life, the memories of the scents, the landscapes, and the people of Tibet haunted his mind. His heart, now deeply connected to that place, urged him to return.

Three months later, unable to resist the call from within, Tan decided to return to Tibet in search of the answers he longed for. There, he reconnected with the local people, lived among them, and learned about a simple yet deeply philosophical way of life. The customs, traditions, and thangka artworks that carry a profound sacred meaning captivated his heart, especially the stories told through each meticulous stroke of the brush.

A's bond with the Himalayas deepened with each return, which occurred regularly every 3-4 months. Eventually, he made the biggest decision of his life: to leave behind a stable job and pursue a new, passionate endeavor building a cultural bridge between Tibet and the world. He devoted all his time and energy to learning, collecting, and preserving artworks, as well as sharing inspiring stories from Tibet.

In the beginning, he couldn't avoid feeling uncertain and anxious, but a meeting with a Tibetan Buddhist master changed everything. The master said, "Trust the path you have chosen." Those words gave him the strength and courage he needed. With unwavering belief, A convinced his family and friends about his decision, while also seeking funding and partners to bring his cultural projects to life.

In the years that followed, Tan immersed himself in Tibetan culture and art with relentless enthusiasm. With each return, he not only learned but also began to form a bold idea: to create a space where Tibetan art and spirituality could blend and spread across the world. And from that idea, "OBDORRO, EXPLORING THE HEART OF TIBET, WHERE ART AND SPIRITUALITY UNITE" was born.

Most of those who come to "OBDORRO" are souls seeking nourishment for their spirit. As material society reaches its peak, and people begin to feel suffocated by convenience, they increasingly realize the void within their souls. "OBDORRO" becomes a place for them to return to, seeking balance, tranquility, and a deeper perspective on life.

For Tan, "OBDORRO" is not just a project but a dream come true, where he can share his love and passion with the world. And in every step he takes, A always remembers the words of the Tibetan master: "Trust the path you have chosen." Those words have become his guiding principle, leading him on the journey of building "OBDORRO," a place where Tibetan art and spirituality are honored and spread across the world.
